Mrs. Soo is a teacher librarian. Her educational philosophy sees children as unique individuals; there isn't a simple one size fits all solution when it comes to teaching and learning. She values research based approaches and understands that a good educator constantly reflects and learns. Her recent educational interests include resource based learning, where students learn how to learn by actively constructing new knowledge through discovery.
